The challenge
The system still ran a core operation but was hard to change, hard to hire for, and hosted in a way that made recovery and scaling painful. A full rewrite had been proposed internally and stalled because nobody could list every behaviour the old system encoded.
The solution
Gamuru started with an inventory of integrations, batch jobs, and undocumented rules. We introduced APIs around the core, replaced the highest-friction user flows with a modern web UI, and migrated hosting to AWS with CI/CD and a rehearsed cutover. Replacement of remaining modules was sequenced behind stable contracts.
